Cleaning service — €70 mandatory

The cleaning package is mandatory and added on top of the rental price. It covers:

  • 2 hours of cleaning on your departure
  • Linens provided: sheets, towels, kitchen linens
  • Beds made on arrival in the red and lagoon rooms (depending on group size)
  • Pet supplement: +€30 if you're bringing a pet with fur

Booking terms

  • 25% deposit at booking
  • Balance due 1 month before arrival
  • €200 refundable security deposit (€300 if EV charging point access)
  • Tourist tax as per current rate (18+)
  • Electricity billed by meter reading
  • Discounts (except July-August): -5% from 2nd week, -7% from 3rd
